Yes, but only for the call at the start. We get together for about 45 minutes to an hour so we can map out the design, share ideas, and make sure we are building exactly what you had in mind. After that, we go heads down and build.

Yes. You will need a domain, which is around £10 to £12 per year, and website hosting. We can help you get set up with hosting for around £3 per month, or £100 up front which covers you for the next 3 years.

Yes. We usually work on 50% before we start and the remaining 50% once your site is live. If that final half is easier split up, you can break it into two payments, or push it to the following month. Nothing should stop you from getting your dream site.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead so you have enough time to gather your content before Design Day. Working to a tight deadline? Reach out and let us know, we will do what we can.

Yes. Because the process moves fast, we need a solid foundation to work from. Before booking you will need a logo, colour palette, and font choice. No brand yet? We can design it before the website, or add a brand session on the morning of your Design Day for an extra £400.

No. We're not copywriters, so that's not something we offer directly. What we do give you is a copy guide that walks you through exactly what to write for each section. If you'd rather have a professional handle it, we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Our pricing is fixed for the plan you choose, but it can shift a little depending on the details of your project, extra pages or bespoke features will naturally change the number. We always confirm your price with you before anything begins, so there are no surprises later.
